Pursuant to a notice posted on September 24, 2014, the House Committee on Corrections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 1:57 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; White; Sheffield, J. D.; and Toth.

 

A quorum was present.
