CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 29, 2013, the House Committee on County Affairs authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on County Affairs held on April 18, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 15, 2013 and on April 16, 2013 and on April 17, 2013 and on April 18, 2013, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 4:20 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Farias; González, Mary; Hernandez Luna; Hunter; Kolkhorst; Krause; and Simpson.
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 2206 as pending business.
Representative Hernandez Luna moved that HB 2206, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
