Pursuant to a notice posted on April 19, 2013, revised 2 times on April 19, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 24, 2013, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Joe Farias, at 5:48 p.m.
