Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2013, and permission granted on February 19, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 11:47 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Carter; Canales; Leach; Moody; and Schaefer.
