Pursuant to a notice posted on July 24, 2014, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 10:06 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Burnam; Canales; Hughes; Leach; and Moody.

The chair brought up interim charge 2, relating to the effectiveness of deferred adjudication and orders for non-disclosure.
