Pursuant to a notice posted on February 26, 2014, the House Committee on Criminal Procedure Reform, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Riddle, at 10:15 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Riddle; Herrero; and Moody.

A quorum was present.

At 12:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
