Pursuant to a notice posted on February 13, 2013, and permission granted on February 18, 2013, to meet while the House was in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Technology met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 3:25 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Elkins; Button; and Fallon.

A quorum was present.

At 4:38 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
