Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 18, 2013, the House Committee on Technology met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 12:17 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Elkins; Fallon; Gonzales, Larry; and Reynolds.

The chair laid out SB 1102.

Representative Gonzales, Larry moved that SB 1102, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
