Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 2014, the House Committee on Technology met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 10:13 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Elkins; Fallon; and Gonzales, Larry.

 

A quorum was present.
