Pursuant to a notice posted on February 7, 2013, and permission granted on February 13, 2013 to meet while the House was in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 2:06 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Keffer; Crownover; Burnam; Canales; Dale; King, Phil; Paddie; and Wu.

A quorum was present.

At 5:31 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
