Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 4, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 4, 2013, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 2:05 p.m.
