Pursuant to a notice posted on February 21, 2013, and permission granted on February 26, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harless, at 12:11 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harless; Isaac; Kacal; Lewis; Thompson, Ed; and Villalba.

A quorum was present.
