Pursuant to a notice posted on February 13, 2013, and permission granted on February 18, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Villarreal, at 3:34 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Villarreal; Flynn; Anderson; Burkett; and Phillips.

A quorum was present.

The Committee heard invited and public testimony.

At 7:38 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
