Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 15, 2013, the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Villarreal, at 12:42 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Villarreal; Anderson; Burkett; and Longoria.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The chair directed that the May 14, 2013 minutes for the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

At 12:43 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
