Pursuant to a notice posted on September 3, 2014, the House Committee on Health Care Education & Training, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Susan, at 10:05 a.m.

A quorum was present.

The committee discussed and received testimony on the mental health care workforce in Texas.
