Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 11, 2013, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Branch, at 1:56 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Branch; Patrick, Diane; Clardy; Darby; Howard; Murphy; and Raney.

The chair laid out HB 1753 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
