Pursuant to a notice posted on May 16, 2013, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Branch, at 7:50 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Branch; Patrick, Diane; Alonzo; Clardy; Darby; Howard; Murphy; and Raney.

A quorum was present.

The committee had dinner.

At 10:15 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
