Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on February 27, 2013, the House Committee on House Administration, Subcommittee on House Policy and Procedures, met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Howard, at 11:25 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Howard; Frullo; and Márquez.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Howard moved to recommend the Personnel Manual Policies and Procedures 2013 to the full committee.

 

The motion prevailed without objection.

 

At 11:27 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
