Pursuant to a notice posted on May 20, 2013, the House Committee on Defense & Veterans' Affairs met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Menéndez, at 7:00 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Menéndez; Sheffield, Ralph; Collier; Frank; Miller, Rick; and Moody.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Committee met for dinner.

 

At 9:15 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
