Pursuant to a notice posted on January 31, 2013, and permission granted on February 5, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 11:50 a.m.

 

 

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Gonzalez, Naomi; Fallon; Klick; Naishtat; Rose; Sanford; and Turner, Scott.

 

A quorum was present.

 

The Chair described his intention for the conduct of committee business to the committee and public.

At 12:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
