Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on June 21, 2013, the House Committee on Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 1:15 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Gonzalez, Naomi; Fallon; Klick; Naishtat; Sanford; and Turner, Scott.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

SCR 2

 

The chair laid out SCR 2.

 

The chair explained the measure.

 

The chair closed on the measure.

 

Representative Naishtat moved that SCR 2, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Raymond; Gonzalez, Naomi; Fallon; Klick; Naishtat; Sanford; Turner, Scott (7).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Rose; Zerwas (2).

 

At 1:16 p.m., on the motion of Representative Sanford and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
