Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2013 and permission granted on February 19, 2013 to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 2:06 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smithee; Bonnen, Greg; Morrison; Muņoz, Jr.; Sheets; and Taylor, Van.
