Pursuant to a notice posted on April 18, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 23, 2013, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 5:08 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smithee; Bonnen, Greg; Creighton; Muņoz, Jr.; Sheets; Taylor, Van; and Turner, Chris.

 

A quorum was present.
