Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2013, and permission granted on February 25, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lewis, at 3:40 p.m.
