Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 24, 2013, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lewis, at 5:00 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Lewis; Farrar; Farney; Hernandez Luna; Hunter; King, Ken; and Thompson, Senfronia.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair moved to reconsider all votes by which the measure was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
