Pursuant to a notice posted on May 13, 2013, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, at 6:55 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smith; Kuempel; Geren; Gooden; Guillen; and Price.

A quorum was present.

The Committee had dinner.

At 9:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
