Pursuant to a notice posted on August 1, 2014, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, at 10:09 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smith; Geren; Guillen; and Thompson, Senfronia.

 


 

Testimony taken/registration recorded on interim charge to study the implementation of all legislation from the 83rd Regular Session that seeks to develop a model to require state agencies regulating occupational licenses which require an apprenticeship to credit veterans' relevant military experience toward the apprenticeship requirements.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 1:04 p.m., on the motion of Representative Smith and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
