Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2013, and permission granted on February 11, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 3:28 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Walle; Frank; Herrero; Paddie; Simpson; and Springer.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Committee heard invited testimony from the Board for Lease of University Land.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 3:36 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
