Pursuant to a notice posted on April 10, 2013, and permission granted on April 15, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 2:11 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Walle; Frank; Goldman; Herrero; Parker; and Springer.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 1477 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
