Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2013, and permission granted on April 22, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 4:55 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Walle; Frank; Goldman; Paddie; and Simpson.

 

A quorum was present.
