Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 16, 2013, and permission granted on May 16, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 8:33 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Frank; Goldman; Paddie; Simpson; and Springer.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 1560.

 

The chair recognized Representative Eiland to explain SB 1560.

The chair recognized Representative Eiland to close on SB 1560.

 

SB 1560 was left pending without objection.
