Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 7, 2013, and permission granted on May 7, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 10:46 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Larson; Anderson; Bohac; Burkett; Farney; Gonzales, Larry; Martinez, "Mando"; Moody; Muņoz, Jr.; and Sheets.

Representative Thompson, Senfronia moved that the floor amendments to HB 1452 and HB 2118 be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Wednesday, May 8, 2013.  The motion prevailed without objection.
