Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 21, 2013, and permission granted on May 21, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 7:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Larson; Anderson; Bohac; Burkett; Clardy; Collier; Farney; Gonzales, Larry; Martinez, "Mando"; Moody; Muņoz, Jr.; and Sheets.

Representative Collier moved that the floor amendments to SB 320, SB 321, SB 414, SB 637, SB 709, SB 949, SB 950, SB 1058, SB 1090, SB 1116, SB 1159, SB 1289, SB 1317, SB 1419, SB 1720 and SB 1910 be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Wednesday, May 22, 2013.  There being objection to approving the floor amendment to SB 637, the motion was withdrawn.

 

Representative Collier moved that the floor amendments to SB 320, SB 321, SB 414,  SB 709, SB 949, SB 950, SB 1058, SB 1090, SB 1116, SB 1159, SB 1289, SB 1317, SB 1419,  SB 1720 and SB 1910 be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Wednesday, May 22, 2013.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Sheets moved that the floor amendment to SB 1158 be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Wednesday, May 22, 2013.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Burkett moved that the floor amendment to SB 1915 be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Wednesday, May 22, 2013.  The motion prevailed without objection.
