Pursuant to a notice posted on March 21, 2013, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at 8:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ritter; Johnson; Ashby; Bonnen, Dennis; Callegari; King, Tracy O.; Larson; Lucio III; and Miller, Doug.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair directed that the March 19, 2013 minutes for the House Committee on Natural Resources be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
