Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2013, and permission granted on February 11, 2013, to meet while the House was in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 3:29 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Callegari; Branch; Frullo; Gutierrez; and Stephenson.

A quorum was present.

Testimony was taken (see attached witness list).

At 6:35 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
