Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2013, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 10:15 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Callegari; Branch; King, Phil; and Stephenson.
