Pursuant to a notice posted on March 14, 2013, revised on March 18, 2013, and permission granted on March 19, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Aycock, at 2:07 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Aycock; Allen; Deshotel; Farney; Huberty; King, Ken; Ratliff; Rodriguez, Justin; and Villarreal.
