Pursuant to a notice posted on May 2, 2013, revised on May 2, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 6, 2013, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Aycock, at 8:45 p.m.
