Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 15, 2013, the House Committee on Public Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Aycock, at 12:40 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Aycock; Allen; Dutton; Farney; Huberty; King, Ken; Ratliff; and Villarreal.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The chair directed that the April 30, 2013 minutes for the House Committee on Public Education be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

At 12:43 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
