Pursuant to a notice posted on February 15, 2013, and permission granted on February 20, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 8:13 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kolkhorst; Naishtat; Guerra; Laubenberg; Sheffield, J. D.; and Zedler.
