Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 12, 2013, and permission granted on March 12, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Public Health met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 11:39 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kolkhorst; Naishtat; Coleman; Collier; Davis, Sarah; Guerra; King, Susan; Laubenberg; Sheffield, J. D.; and Zedler.
