Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 21, 2013, to meet during bill referral and a subsequent announcement on March 21, 2013 to meet at 12:00 p.m. and permission granted to meet while the House is in session, the House Committee on Public Health met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 12:02 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kolkhorst; Coleman; Collier; Cortez; Davis, Sarah; Guerra; Sheffield, J. D.; and Zedler.
