Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 26, 2013, and permission granted on April 26, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, during reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Public Health met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 4:02 p.m.
