Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 6, 2013, and permission granted on May 6, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Public Health met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 4:04 p.m.

Representative Naishtat moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure failed to be reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
