Pursuant to a notice posted on May 8, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 9, 2013 and on May 13, 2013, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 6:10 p.m.
