Pursuant to a notice posted on May 23, 2013, the House Committee on Public Health met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 9:15 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kolkhorst; Naishtat; Collier; Cortez; Davis, Sarah; Guerra; Laubenberg; Sheffield, J. D.; and Zedler.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Committee met and had dinner.  (Representative Coleman now present.) (Representative King, Susan now present.)

 

At 11:01 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
