Pursuant to a notice posted on September 19, 2014, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 9:17 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kolkhorst; Davis, Sarah; King, Susan; and Zedler.

A quorum was present.
