Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2013, and permission granted on February 20, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 2:05 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Guillen; Aycock; Kuempel; Nevárez; and Smith.

 

A quorum was present.
