Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 22, 2013, and permission granted on April 22, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 4:48 p.m.
