Pursuant to a notice posted on April 26, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 30, 2013 and permission granted on May 1, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 7:29 p.m.
